Gina Harris, M.B.A., M.A.T.

serves as the State Director for the National Education Association. Her expertise in training education professionals on racial justice in education and restorative practices has allowed her to work to empower educators and organizations around the country. As a Restorative Justice practitioner and trainer, Gina utilizes circle processes and communication tools to create environments that break down barriers to communication and encourages open, honest dialogue inside and outside of the classroom.
