Here is a link to join the Saturday morning Zen sitting.
Each session consists of sitting meditation, Metta (lovingkindness) meditation, and a Dharma talk followed by discussion.

We invite participants to enter a few minutes before sitting is scheduled to begin. This is important since there is a chime each time someone enters. Meditation will begin with the sound of a bell. After thirty minutes of Zen meditation, we will move into Metta (lovingkindness) meditation. This will be followed by a Dharma talk and discussion.
When we are not in meditation, we ask participants to mute themselves. Also, we invite participants to be sure the setting they present to the camera is free from distractions. Otherwise, the camera can be turned off.

Support for this practice (Dana) may be offered here.
